Melanage Peel: The Melanage Skin Lightening Peel is an effective treatment option for patients with uneven skin tone, pigmentation or melasma. This procedure is performed in your doctor's office, and involves applying a mask to the affected area for several hours. Patients can go home once the mask is applied, and then wash it off later at the designated time.
Dysport®
Dysport is an FDA-approved injection used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles in the forehead. Similar to BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport is injected directly into the site of wrinkles to prevent the underlying muscles from contracting. Dysport injections are made from the bacterium Clostridium botulinum, the same protein used in Botox injections.
Erbium Laser Treatment

Laser Treatment For Nail Fungus
Nail Fungus or Onychomycosis refers to a fungal infection of the nail, nail bed, or nail plate. The nail may appear thickened, yellow, or cloudy in appearance. It can affect both fingernails and toenails. It is not life threatening, but it can contribute to pain, discomfort, weakened nail strength and unsightly appearance. Nail fungus affects over 20 million Americans and accounts for half of all nail disorders.
Laser treatment has been shown to be 80-85% effective in treating nail fungus. Some studies have shown even greater effectiveness.
The procedure for treating nail fungus usually requires only one treatment (some persistent cases may take up to three treatments). These laser treatments are safe, quick and patients report little to no discomfort (warming or rubber band snapping sensation). It is typically completed in 30 minutes or less without the use of anesthesia or oral anti-fungal medications.
The procedure is safe, effective and FDA cleared for treating toenail and fingernail fungus. At laser Sculpture we use 1064 Nd-Yag laser that delivers high pulses of energy at 1064 nanometers.
PREPARATION FOR LASER NAIL TREATMENT
1. Make sure to remove all nail polish prior to visit. Please do this at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Bring a separate new, clean pair of socks to change into after your laser nail treatment appointment.
Laser Vein Treatment

Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a highly effective method to target problem areas of fat and cellulite on your body by breaking down the fat cells, thereby resuming skin elasticity.

Side Effects:
Immediately after the treatment, you may resume your normal activities. Mesotherapy usually causes slight bruising which resolves in a few days. Swelling is mild and also lasts a few days. Some patients notice some mild itching for a few hours after the treatment.
Micro-Needle Therapy
Designed to enhance the absorption of skin care ingredients, micro-needle roller/pens/pens actually stimulates collagen and elastin on its own.
We use medical grade micro-needling rollers/pens with potent vitamin rich serums formulated specifically for the treatment of stretch marks, scar, wrinkles/fine lines and more.
Micro-Needle Rollers/Pens are fitted with a rotating head which is lined with tiny needles. These delicate needles gently and painlessly pierce the skin everywhere the roller/pen is rolled. The roller/pen is moved up and down, back and forth and diagonally in 4 directions over the face, creating a series of tiny channels in the skin.
This creation of these micro-channels does two important things. One, it allows appropriate medicated treatments to be absorbed past the skin’s protective barrier where the serums can be most efficacious. Two, the tiny punctures actually signal the body that is has been wounded. The body rushes collagen and elastin to the area to repair the skin, resulting in fewer wrinkles and healthier skin as collagen levels are boosted.

Perlane is a clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid that is specifically formulated to act like your body's own hyaluronic acid, adding volume and fullness to the skin.
Restylane®
Restylane is an injectable filler, similar to Juvederm used for smoothing out facial wrinkles. It is a biodegradable gel composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance occurring within the body.
Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is the standard treatment for varicose and spider veins. Sclerotherapy makes use of tiny liquid injections to contract and collapse medium-size veins before breaking down the plasma passageways. By the end of the treatment program, the veins are less visible on the skin surface.
